As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 8,049,〔〔〔 reflecting an increase of 365 (+4.8%) from the 7,684 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 759 (-9.0%) from the 8,443 counted in the 1990 Census.〔(Table 7.
